Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The paygrade we receive is much lower than indutry standards and I wish that we had more opportunities to finance our higher education or be sponsored to pursue certifications which not only benefit us but can add valuable insights to the team.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy work that challenges me to think critically and keeps me engaged with real-world events. Being able to analyze information, uncover insights, and contribute to meaningful decisions makes the job exciting. Plus, a good team and a supportive environment make all the difference.
