Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sometimes the work what we do are not valued and some partiality feels our work undervalued. Compensation package is that it feels well-rounded and competitive. But the overall compensation is somewhat below current market standards. We are expecting more compensation.
