Connecting with my team on a daily basis. Everyday is a learning and I always look forward to the challenges we face as a team and coming up with a viable solution to overcome those challenges keeps me happy at work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is quite welcoming and respectful towards each other. Nonetheless, there is a healthy competition among the team members which always helps the team to strive for excellence. The support required from the Managers to do good at workplace is always there.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing is the team has been very transparent about company's goals, company's success, losses and roadmap for future plans with all it's employees during townhall. Also, like the way how the team has been always trying their best to give Zerofox an edge over their competitors.
