There has been a radical shift in direction, leadership, and my role since I started. The organization seems to be running extremely lean. Resource departures and constraints are impacting our ability to move forward in a meaningful way that will be recognized & rewarded by the market.

- Client interactions -Working on large upsell/cross sell deals with clients -Collaborating internally with colleagues on external facing client comms/decks/data
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More competitive upsell comp. A less complex model; pay out consistently for every $ retained and added to your book. Get paid on 13-35 month renewals and upsells. Eliminate the concept that one churned acct can result in a $0 payout for a quarter; that kills motivation.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being onsite with clients where we uncover a new use case or opportunity to partner together. Finding a new team that needs ZeroFox and are excited to learn and hear more about how we can support them. Working with the supporting teams and clients to solve their pain and problems.
