Work culture is great and we have a good team. Experienced team members should be paid more and We should be given hybrid mode as we work for more than 10 hours which requires to sit for longer time which impacts our health.

As experienced team members we should be getting more compensation as the time and efforts we have given to the company is longer. And also it will encourage us to continue doing more for the company.
