
In my experience I would like to convey that based on the work environment and comfort on the work is a good reason here but based on the career growth and compensation given it would be better for the employees to work for the long term and give full dedication and commitment to the organisation.
The coworkers and the stress free environment.
Its because of the work environment.
The office environment and the helping my fellow team members.
I guess they are trying to achieve the company goals and growth.
I think they have a vision and goals that need to be achieved.
I think the environment is good and is fine for working based on the comfort.
My team is very less in number but the coordination and mutual support & understanding we have is quite great.
As a Team we are trying to fulfil and achieve the company goals based on the workflow which are assigned to us.
As an employee who have completed more than 3 years, and. putting upto maximum efforts for the team, should be valued or appreciated and comparatively atleast provide market standard compensation for it.
As a senior employee I feel like career growth and compensation would have been considered and provided based on the dedication and inputs given on the work it would be good on increasing the morale and commitment.
