Working environment is Good, Some supporting colleagues, i think there is not much scope in our career if we still does the work, some employees are ignored instead of their work as a result they feel frustrated and show less interested in the work in future

salary in the organisation is bit less for senior members who have experience of more than 3 years.

I think we are payed less then the market value, they should think about increasing the salaries and opportunities are only for the ones who are close with the senior team members or the leads, mistakes are highlighted highly then the work.
