Salary is strong, little early to tell how the compensation will play out as it is all very new

The size of the overall opportunity, the ability to offer services that are outcome based, happy clients getting more than just another tool identifying more issues for them to fix
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Accessible, business development focused and bought into the value of a managed service, over and above just a platform, also not getting carried away by AI but see the value in it, international expansion focus is positive as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Should of had a ramp target as new sales people building from scratch are carrying the same targets as long serving sales people with pipeline. Impacted further by commission plan where initial wins / payouts per quarter under that full target are paid at a lower rate.
