Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Overall I'm grateful for the opportunities Zerofox has given me and I am happy here. We have a good culture and the people I work with are great. The job itself can be stressful at times but as they say, no pain no gain.

The culture is fun and inclusive

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I like that there are spiffs added throughout the year to provide additional compensation

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Ryan Borland shows that he cares about his employees and make me feel valued here at ZeroFox. I feel he has my best interests in mind.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Unlimited PTO allows me to take time off when I need it. At my age, there are a lot of things in life that pop up that I want to be able to attend, and I've never had a problem being able to attend those things.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Nothing is wrong necessarily. There are times with certain accounts that dont have a CSM that I feel im doing a decent amount of work that doesnt pertain to sales to make sure the customer is happy, which causes stress. I dont hate the work but being excited about it is a struggle as well.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Right now I feel that for the amount of work and stress it takes to support a book of business of 100+ accounts, our team deserves a bit more compensation. The OTE I signed on to seemed fair at the time, but it has become apparent that with the current comp plan, that OTE feels unattainable.
