Give an increase in wages when you increase workload and responsibility. Promote people that deserve it and pay them responsibly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
It is unethical for employees to be given increased work and responsibility (a promotion) without increasing their pay as has happened in the intelligence federal merger. I've worked exceptionally hard for this company. Gone above and beyond. I'm not feeling valued anymore.
