Fair wage, the HRA is a nice perk, and the 401(k) contribution was an appreciated addition

People seem happy to be at the company. The company seems to actively want to keep talent happy at the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Teammates seem happy to work here which is encouraging. Everyone seems to clearly have a role and I do not see "dead weight".
