Jason is an incredible leader. He always cares and works with us to solve any issue

Everyone is willing to help, have great communication, and always give a good laugh when we have a busy work day

Everyone is super supportive, encouraging and always want the best for each person because it makes all of us successful as a team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I was hired before a few others, with more educational background and experience in the field and they still got paid more at starting.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everything is open communication and everyone is always willing to help. Management is very quick to jump on a call with me if I need anything
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Unfortunately, I'm getting paid less than my piers doing the same job. It's not by so much that I'm upset, but hopefully I can prove myself to be worth the investment.
