I have been happy here. The people and the work we do make it rewarding for me. I would say the only thing I worry about sometimes is job security and signs of giving back to the employees with the success we help create

The salary is in the average range of the role I'm in, even if towards the bottom

It seems like they want to be as transparent as they can be and also they care about the people here as a priority to them

I do feel supported as a human, i.e. I'm not just an employee ID number but the leadership I work with regularly I know cares about me, my work-life balance, my goals, my development, etc
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do communicate with us regularly and ask for feedback to help shape the direction our company goes in. However I hope to see tangible changes that come from that feedback they want from us as time goes on
