The work is challenging and starting to get more variety. Benefits are very good. There is good focus on customers. I am concerned about how the company truly values its employees, when there have been several layoffs where needed technical knowledge was lost, then months later hiring begins again.

Good, I like the encouragement to interact with other teams, and work that is challenging. My experience has improved, though over the years the number of layoffs has made it more difficult at times.
