Great onboarding and hiring process, but seems there is greater desire to create turn over than invest in current employees as people are fired fairly regularly or threatened with a PIP and there are no opportunities for advancement or development.

Everyone is always willing to help. In an industry dominated by Type A personalities, this is really wonderful to see.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Fair compensation that meets the industry standard. Majority of companies in this space start at 20% higher than our intermediate analysts. Our benefits are not on par with the industry either, there is no tuition reimbursement, or any other benefits other than IDX. These things drive turn over.
