From day one i was welcomed and challenged. I was not left outside and told to survive but i was not handheld as well. Tje self paced environment made it easier to review areas i needed to focus on and burn through those i didnt.

I feel that the services I provide are well above my compensation rate.

The open conversation. Everyone is free to express themselves and interact with whoever they need to succeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are engaged. They dont just sit back and watch. They want to know where the pain points are and want to fix them.
What makes you most happy at work?
Freedom. I am not in a box and forced into a singular mindset or standard. Im free to showcase my products how i feel is best for each customer.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are helpful and want to make things better. They dont shy away from a challenge or only want to do thier part of the puzzle. A team win is always the focus point.
