I've recently joined the company but it's been a great experience immersing myself in my team. The culture created has made it a very comfortable experience when learning skills and processes can often be much the opposite.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy starting up each day knowing that I'll be able to engage positively with the team and continue developing my skills and knowledge needed for my work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I've enjoyed the PTO system that we have in place. My team has done a great job being equitable with time off and not creating pressure to not use it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Having joined recently, I've had a great time learning our processes from my team. The culture created by our leads has made it very easy to reach out when I have questions or concerns in my day to day work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As a newer employee I have admired the clarity around goals and speed bumps that the company has faced. It has been a great experience to come out town halls with the level of understanding of where the company is going.
