Kim Cooper being a former TAM, herself, is great. She knows/understands exactly what the role entails, it's pain points, & how best to assist & alleviate any blockers, etc. I love working for her.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The PTO policy and hybrid work flexibility are the most valuable because they preserve work-life balance. Working from home is truly invaluable, not to mention I feel MUCH more productive without all the distractions of the office.
