My experience in this company is good so far. The only thing which I didn't like is I feel we simply agree to whatever is being told/asked to do, we don't push back or try making the management understand the complexities, due to which the pressure builds on the team

I feel the pay i'm getting is less, since the comany hires the other people for the same role with more salary but when it comes to internal hike, the don't give much
