Currently, it's only good, but as I said, the development and closing of new customers is too slow for me personally, even though I've built the pipeline very well. Perhaps we also need to rethink the POC process for customers in order to scale quickly.

partly, I don't understand why the entire ARR is not counted towards my targets in a 3-year deal

If I close deals and build a good pipeline. Which is difficult because the market has to be established first.
