They really care, and it shows, it's not just for fronting and awards
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Really competitive salary for my position, although, I really wish an end-of-year bonus when goals are met could be sent, as is a standard practice in engineering
What are some of the best things about your team?
They really take the time to help, they are absolute engineering beasts with so much knowledge and always have time to share that, also, they are very caring about the human aspect
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are really open to hear different opinions, and seems to remember in what project / quest every person on the team is, which says a lot about their caring for the team
