Always open to teach and help. Nobody in the team has to work alone if they don't want to
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent and close to the entire team. Whether I agree or disagree with any announcements/decisions/etc, I'll always value that these are shared openly with the team and questions/concerns are actually valued and adressed
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The recruitment process doesn't look only for skills, but for character, so it's easy to keep the environment nice and close. Everyone is not just easy to work with, but easy to became friends with
