It has been mostly positive - I am getting better at setting boundaries to have more of a work/life balance. I am constantly learning and being challenged and so no two days are the same which makes coming to work exciting.

Everyone is so approachable and willing to help out with any questions that you may have. Complete support provided and always treated as a person.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sometimes it feels that the compensation for the role doesn't match the level of responsibility - would love more fair/competitive pay. There has been a lot of change/transition amongst team members, having a monthly mental wellness benefit would also support overall mental wellbeing.
