Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Financial wellness benefits/reimbursements, continued learning stipends, HSA match

I wouldn't say I feel undervalued, but I do feel as though I can be better compensated for my role. I've been in a few different roles and the one I am currently in is by far the most demanding. However, I don't make that much more than I did when I was working in much less demanding roles.

No maternity leave. Sick leave was grouped in with vacation. Health insurance wasn't the best.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of my coworkers are wonderful subject matter experts, but the lack of leadership, communication & unity among marketing "leaders" here makes cross-team work really difficult and almost impossible.

Siloed departments. Many of the departments were pretty toxic with a high turnover rate. Need to change management style

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel incredibly supported and like I can choose what I want to do with my career. I can say "I prefer to work on this" and my boss will listen and make it happen.

Making a real attempt at enabling remote work & connection rather than sitting on their hands these covid years waiting to go back to the office.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was intentional, I didn't have to do anything excessive to prove that I was right for the role. I did a short assignment and had really great conversations with several higher ups and they each asked specific and thoughtful questions.
