They hire individuals just to have employees, regardless of whether or not they can perform their job correctly and in a timely manner.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually caring about the employees and the wages that they are paid for the extent of their job that they are required to do each day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We must be certified by the state in order to work in the Pharmacy, which comes out of our pocket, but are paid minimum wage until we receive a 25 cent bonus after a year.
