Work at home set up. This is very helpful for me to manage my time at work and errands at home.

People know how to interact with others. Even though their program or account is different from one another. They don't show any negativity towards others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Practicality wise. Due to inflation prices are getting high, and it's been going on it's impacting every individual's resources because you need to budget and be tight spending your hard-earned money.
What makes you most happy at work?
Currently still have a WFH set up. Especially I need it now that my foot got injured and working from home lets me rest my foot while working.Not worrying about commuting to work.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to see people I can finally interact at least. Or somehow for me. After being stuck at home. I can finally see other people around me. And back in a working environment again.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Practicality wise. The cost of living is no longer the same. Since I started working here. There's a big difference now with the expenses. This will really make us inspired working if it's possible to have an increase with the salary. Not just for based on performance.
