By getting away from the mindset that "only this is my job", would help ease the workload on some and create better harmony throughout the sort.

They need to learn to trust and listen to their employees, especially those who've been there for a long time. Also they need to stop threatening termination for any little infraction.

The leadership team needs to get better at bridging the gap between delivery routes amd the pickup side. Far too often is the case that the primary focus centers on deliveries while no help or attention is given to the PM side of the operation.

Focusing on customer service rather than imaginary numbers which have no bearing on our routes or the company's bottom line. Make sure we have the equipment we need to do our jobs, and an HR department that actually cares about the people rather than protecting managment.

Focusing on the pickup operations a bit more, giving us the supplies we need to do our jobs. We are short equipment, trucks, mechanics to keep trucks running. And investing in a management team that focuses completely on being a team. All too often it is A.M. VS. P.M with no help from the A.M. side.

As a P.M. employee we spend a good deal of time doing things for the A.M. side, making sure they are taken care of. All too often putting our pickup rts and customers in jeopardy. Spend a little time treating us as equals and make us a team. Without us picking up, A.M. would have nothing to deliver.
