Sailing through a stormy strait with rocks laid in a chaotic order around the ship, having only thing to warm my heart is the experience and ability not many possess to map it out and somehow get through to calm waters. But the strait does not seem to have an ending.

Great to be part of an org which delivers such an impact to humanity. You need to endure chaos, the constant changes and bureaucracy, but it constantly sharpens your skills in seeing through these obstacles and recognize structure within the org.

It is employee centric and the management is flexible regarding the work-life balance

They bring to the table different perspectives which enables us to come up with better ideas
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am wasting valuable time on managing lower level processes - would appreciate if I had more technical leaders within my team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The yearly salary increase is barely over the official inflation rate and it is certainly lower than my experienced inflation. Salary increase shall be higher than the inflation with fixed percentage.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not able to focus on the main priorities of my role as I have to take care of tasks with lesser impact due to having insufficient resources within the team. This situation does not aid my long-term goals in terms of learning the right lessons.
