The yearly salary increase is barely over the official inflation rate and it is certainly lower than my experienced inflation. Salary increase shall be higher than the inflation with fixed percentage.
Not able to focus on the main priorities of my role as I have to take care of tasks with lesser impact due to having insufficient resources within the team. This situation does not aid my long-term goals in terms of learning the right lessons.
