There is a huge difference between how I feel about my overall experience at the company & how I feel about my experience in my group. The company is wonderful & my individual group is the opposite. Something is missing along the line there so I don't benefit from all that the overall company offers

Outside of my group, there is so much positivity! From all of the ERGs and D&I events to all of the personal development opportunities, I feel valued by the company, just not by my own team of managers.

I am happy when our data is good and I have made a difference to improve it. I love my daily work and I do it very well. I am challenged and get personal satisfaction from working hard.

I have been underpaid for several years now and my manager has acknowledged that. I don't feel that my individual salary has kept pace with the huge amount of added responsibilities I have happily taken on every year. I'm proud of the job I do, I love it and the company, but my pay is despicable.

One coworker has nothing to do and struggles to stay awake during work hours-not sure how to explain here what he needs to do. One other struggles with communication. They don't seem as invested in the quality of our work as I am. I don't know what they need to do to improve in these areas.
