Definitely my coworkers! They're just such a positive bunch, and it makes it truly enjoyable to work every week. And two of my personal friends that I've know for almost 10 years also work with me, so that's awesome!

The PTO buy option is fantastic! I haven't worked at a company that offers that before and it really gives me peace of mind to know that I can take time off if I get sick or have a family emergency.

I love how invested my company is in making sure that everyone takes their self care seriously. There's so many classes and resources for mental health and managing stress, and I love that our managers actually encourage us to take our PTO.

I adore my manager and everyone on the leadership team. I've been here for just over a year and it still blows me away that the leadership is so invested in caring about us as human beings and not just employees. Everyone is so kind, and they've been very accommodating about my health issues :)

My team is the definition of "teamwork makes the dream work"! The seniors have been incredible resources from day one, and no one ever gets annoyed or ignores me when I need help with absolutely anything. They check in on me all the time just to see how I'm doing and truly make me feel appreciated!
