Been a great experience. Of course there are things I would like to see change and I feel could have a huge impact on our culture and business outcomes, but over the years I have learned a lot both personally and professionally and enjoy what I do and the products and services the company provides.

Interacting with customers and coworkers. Learning new things.

Care for each other and want everyone to succeed.

Tied to performance. The more I contribute the more I can make.

I feel like I am solving real problems that impact society. Work feels meaningful and relevant.

They work hard and care about the work we do. They have purpose and goals are clear.

It is a supportive and inclusive culture in my opinion. The company cares about work/life balance and bringing out the best in its people.

They have clear vision and strategy for our goals. They care about the company and the people. They work hard and are hands on and are open and approachable.

Salaries are low compared to market. Benefits get more expensive each year and salary increases are not in line with increased inflation, benefits and living expenses. Seems like we are working more and making less.

I value the company's emphasis on work/life balance. Appreciate the value and encouragement they place on giving back to the community. I appreciate the underlying values of the company but would like to see more reward for individuals "doing the right thing".
