I believe I'm providing more value and handling a lot more work than my compensation.

I think that the fringe benefits at LN are good but the pay for my level is not at par with the other large corporations.

While LN has great benefits including PTO, training opportunities and especially time off to volunteer with the company ERGs and with the local community, I think the salary is lower compared to other companies. With the inflation and increased cost of living, salary increases should be implemented.
