Better training provided by the company.
Better pay, better benefits, improved computer systems, streamlined processes, communication between managers and employees, additional training, input from employees considered by management, better working conditions, and management showing more appreciation, respect, and recognition to employees.
Better benefits. At the last contract, Centurylink gave a small raise and decreased their benefit contribution. This year they decreased their benefit contribution even more so I pay more in the long run and every year their contributions get smaller.
Understanding the work, the difficulty to do the work, the inability to multi-task different products and services with limited employees, providing training and technical support, better understanding of the systems, following-thru with promises to fix the systems, and improvements to better morale
I had to take a technical test just to get past the first portion and I passed. The interviewer came from out-of-state to see me take the test. The test was semi-difficult, but it made me appreciate the job even more. The interviewer was nice and friendly.
