My direct coworkers, clients I interact with, and the internal team I help benefit from and see my value. I don't feel like the executive team within my org does. My work/life balance, an adequate salary, and my own drive to succeed at my job's tasks keep me motivated.

I believe in what we're doing. I see the vision. But internal processes and unrealistic goals get in our way to achieve real success. Also, strained resources delay our success by letting time go by.

money. health benefits are hard to realize through high deductibles, copays and the effort of finding appointment times or what is/is not covered

We used to get together once a year. We haven't for nearly 5 years now. Those that did, we still have a better relationship because of those and we feel connected to.

my sales goal is not based on reality. this has been the case for the past 2 years. I've been told I'm doing a good job but the goal can't be reduced and I can't be promoted
