I feel they are as transparent as they can be. They all work hard.

That I can influence it. That we are in Texas so we have swung so far to the left and become overly woke.

Given the current travel ecosystem and challenges we face, I feel like they are pursuing the best set of strategic priorities to move Sabre forward.

The culture we have developed within my immediate team. The collaboration and partnership. There is very little "that is not my job" within my work group. Colleagues are generally happy to help when they can.

As a female leader, I'm positive I'm on the low end of the salary scale compared to other male leaders. Being "in the salary band" would make me feel better. I put in endless hours and while my boss is appreciative, the workload never ever evens out.

I have been here for 20 years. I have an important, influential role. My salary has not kept up with the market (pre-inflation). I could leave tomorrow and increase my salary by $20K or more, but I am remain committed b/c I do know that I am appreciated.

My teammates and colleagues who work incredibly hard, but are also willing to integrate a little fun into the day now and then. The flexibility to work from home 2 to 3 days a week. I can't get real, heads down work done in the office, given the nature of my role.

There is a boys club in charge. Deny it, but there are many examples if you are truly willing to take a step back. Also, travel is a tough industry. If we could expedite recovery (we can't), I'd feel much more positive about our future, even with the growth strategies we're pursuing. Is it enough?

Too much damn work. I never get to take all of my PTO. The same 150 or so people are on every strategic project and carry the majority of the work. I crave work/life balance. I haven't experienced it in at least 8-10 years. Don't think it can be improved b/c we haven't been able to crack the nut.
