
to be paid equal to what I would have been paid if I had been hired off the street instead of an internal transfer. Also to be paid market level.
same struggles year after year with my work. Very little improvement year after year. Do not have a career path nor do I know if I will ever be promoted and paid to match the level of work I am expected to maintain.
