I genuinely enjoy working at Sabre and have now spent more than half of my career here. I love the department I work in and how valued the team is.

Sabre generally tries to do the best they can for their employees - paternity leave, WFA, PTO, additional holidays in the US, reduced wellness requirements, etc. I don't agree with every decision made at the leadership level, but I trust that my leaders are trying to do the best for the majority.

Winning together is the tone at the top and permeates through most of the teams

Completing a task/project and being recognized for the quality or the success of the project.

The leadership team is transparent and honest when we we've missed the mark and how we're going to correct.

Generally partnership and being invested in each other succeeding. We also just have a lot of fun as a team.

They have clear vision and strategy. They are also authentically themselves both in small meetings and to larger groups at Townhalls.

Closing out projects and checking them off the list. It's always nice and unexpected when my work or the team's work is recognized.

The bonus percentage for what is expected of me to manage effectively and how much is at stake if I don't do that seems disproportionate.

My salary. It was increased a few months after my promotion to be more in line with my salary band and I really appreciate my manager and my PBP's support to make that happen.

The external auditors are a frustration and continue to be every year. I do not have a lot of optimism that it will get better in future years (I have been at Sabre close to a decade). It is discouraging to have a problem that hasn't been solved for.
