Able to get job done. Having nice colleagues. Knowing we still have a job in Sabre.
I work much more than most of my seniors and take initiative in my work. However, I have not seen how I am being compensated.
There is no difference in the job requirement / responsibilities between my Team Lead and Principal. In fact, I am doing more what they are currently doing.
