My experience is far different today than it used to be. My group has shrunk from 9 to 1, just me in the US. I'm a standalone worker with some extended teams for support. The old culture is gone, along with the US headcount. I love my job and company, but it doesn't want or love us.

Flexible work schedule and location.

The flexibility to work remotely and flexible times is the single best part.

I feel that Sabre provides a very competitive PTO policy and flexible work schedule.

From my perspective, the leadership team seems to be transparent and are trying to make the best decisions for the company.

The team is dispersed in many locations. From a process point of view, they need to follow our playbooks better and standard processes.

In my current role and group, I don't feel part of any culture. This seems unique to this group, team, and my location.

There is a lot of pressure to deliver daily and the products that I support have a number of gaps / defects which make it hard to support and deliver to our customers.

I'm not sure there is anything specific that like about the leadership team. I feel the leadership team are all short-term employees and are focused strictly on their compensation and stock price, not the employees.

I enjoy and respect my immediate leaders. I would do almost anything for them. I really enjoy working with some extended team members and love my customers. Meeting my personal goals and objectives makes me proud as well.

From the outside looking in, with only visibility during town hall meetings and investor calls, it appears that our leadership is taking the appropriate steps to ensure the viability and success of the company and performance of our teams.

Periodically we all get into a "funk" and I guess I am stressing more about the future success of the company and our financial / cash concerns. My job role is fine and overall, I enjoy what I do and love my customers.

That is a very difficult question. I'm the only team member in the Americas, so it is difficult to work with my team members, but it is nice speaking with them from time to time during team meetings or when we have projects that align.

I am the only US based employee in my group. Other than my job, I have no other relationship with my coworkers. None of my coworkers support me, so I have very little interaction with the rest of the team unless I am supporting them.

The culture is interesting to say the least. The culture has changed dramatically in the last 7/8 years, which aligns with all the changes at Sabre during the same period; especially with the leadership changes and huge reduction of workforce in the US and growth at lower cost centers.

That is a difficult question because most people are still working from home and it's hard to have a culture remotely. The culture has changed quite a bit since 2014 with turnover to staff. Our People Team is doing what they can to reestablish a positive and "Sabre" culture.
