yes definitely. currently underpaid and entry levels with zero previous experience are getting paid more money than me! this is direct discrimination from the company
there is no leadership. there are many micro managers that stayed in the company too long. you need fresh blood in the company to move forward
some team members are great as we work together as a team, help each other and share knowledge. but there are also lazy people hanging around the office all day doing nothing. makes you wonder why they are still here
undervalued, underpaid, slowed down. I see entry level employees with no previous experience moving fast and in my case despite decades and studies in the industry I am perceived as a team member that had no idea about this industry prior of starting with sabre.
