last pay rise was lower than market salary rise. share based benefits should be available at lower grades.
there should be a share purchase scheme for all employees. this would not necessarily have any cash cost for the company (at least in the uk).
for our function, the business environment is getting hugely more complex, but resourcing is not changing. projects to reduce complexity need to be funded and advance and more resources added. i have never met F2F any of my team members outside the UK in the almost 5 years i have been here.
