My experience is positive. I am proud to work for Sabre. It has positive culture, balanced work/life, it provides learning opportunity in my field of experties and the work is challenging enough.

Overall the culture is supportive

They executive seem to know the business well and they communicate frequently on important issues each quarter.

The compensation is lower than the market and other companies pay for my job. Higher compensation would make me feel better.

Getting the job done on time and releasing it into production. Being adopted and used by customers and seeing it brings value to them.

They care about employees and try to stay connected with them thru townhalls and in-person visits . They are transparent about company's future direction, and strategic goals.

They are welcoming and most of them are knowledgeable about the travel industry and the technical job they are assigned to. Most are also helpful when needed.

Comparing with other tech companies, I think the pay is comparably lower. Many other companies offer RSUs which complements the base pay, but it is not offered to all levels here.

Being able to accomplish my goals and get the job done. That means delivering quarterly outcomes based on plans. Also being able to learn and improve my knowledge on the go while I am doing my work, makes me happy.

I like my team because they are experienced enough and have the knowledge to understand the requirements of the work that I need to do. This simplifies the estimates of the work and technical discussions. Also my team is caring and supportive with technical questions etc. which is very good.
