Probably this is related with TPM position, the role that is not very appreciate in the company and is very demanding at the same time, I like people I work with, I share comany values but don't feel appreciated as a specialist.

professional team members (in my current team), people who take ownership, friendly atmosphere, possibility to work with colleagues from different countries.

I like multicultural environment, working with curious and kind people. I like the way the company promotes values and respect for each person.

The main thing is overwhelmed with tasks that sometimes makes hard to maintain work life balance and in consequence be happy when go to work.

With the experience and the daily amount of tasks I have (due to personnel rotation, a lot of meetings) it is hard to keep work-life balance - I need to work more than 8 hours daily and my compensation does not reflect it.

Remuneration (which is now neutral or less competitive when comparing it to other companies) should be appropriate to the number of tasks and requirements that an individual employee must fulfill. This is also the room for improvement for managers who should be more aware how the work is distributed

Need to cover many roles at the same time (it requires doing overtime etc) and message from the manager that it is not nice to register overtime as we don't have a budget. It seems like from company view my job is not such valuable but on the other hand there there is constant pressure to deliver.
