I enjoy my work. The mechanics of it, black and white, the code works or it doesn't work. Running reports and administrative work would drive me crazy so I am in the perfect position for my strengths and personality!
They seem to look at things with an open mind and make decisions after looking at all options!! Decisions are made based on what is best for the company, employees and the business. They are open to change - I think the best word is adapt - they adapt to the situation! I love that!!
