it's fine, it's a job...I like my day to day work. I don't think upper management cares anything about the actual employees, which is why layoffs and no communication. I believe Kurt was haired to be a "hatchet man", just as Bill Hanigan was years ago.
The sense of achievement gained every day.
Our team is definitely hard working and dependable.
We have flexible work hours
We care about each other
Communication! Whether it be good or bad news, it is communicated effectively.
The ability to be trusted to work when and hwo we want
The ability and opportunity to work a flexible schedule, which is engrained in the culture of the leadership. Thank you!
I am just simply underpaid compared to the market, but I have been here a long time and do not want to go elsewhere.
No communication as to employee layoffs, etc. DEI and woke culture is being removed everywhere, yet we still hold onto this failed and self-harming garbage
Transparency...We just found out that ANOTHER long-time member of our team has been laid off. There is NEVER any communication as the how many, why, etc. This is TERRIBLE for company morale! We know it is a business and decisions have to be made, but doing them in the shadows with no info is awful
