All Coworkers and work is good. But i feel that working hours are little bit high as per me. I spend around 55 hours weekly for the Company. Because of this much hours, sometimes we miss other things of life, and it feels like, we can not do any other activity on working days.

Overall experience is very good. But sometimes because of work 9 AM to 9 PM, it does not feel good. Other things are very good.

All coworkers are very supportive and happy to help each other always.

All are very helpful. whenever i ask for anything, they really help for that.

Yearly increment is not too much as compared to other companies and there is not bonus system.

The Leader and Manager works with me amazingly. They help everywhere when needed. They give some very good suggestions for working.

It is best as per now compare to another small companies, but I don't know about future increment policy of company.

It is as per the IT Market currently. But still don't know about Increment that how much we will get it.

The team members, Manager and other Coworkers are good and helpful. so i think this is the Positive thing for me.

Leadership team is very helpful to understand the work, but sometimes they don't have enough time, because they are too much busy. But overall for Leaders, I am very lucky and Happy with my leader and team.

Work From Home would be great for employees benefits because they are giving their best from WFH as well and from their comfort. So, it should be always hybrid work environment. It will help to the employees.

As of current time, every MNC and local companies are offering good package and giving good increment to the employees. It should be better so that employees who have not higher position can sustain in this inflation time.

As per the industry standards and Inflation, the Compensation should be higher than existing and should have some VIP Bonus and benefits, which US employees have. As per the Experience and the work, the compensation should be on higher side.

Why US employees work life and Indian employees work life and benefits is not same? I have seen many events from US team and they really enjoy too much but Indian employees doesn't have that much beautiful work life and benefits really even with less compensation. It should be same for both team.

I think it will be more good if all can work from office. and specially for me, it will really very great, because I just started job as fresher now, and this training period is very much important for me. No doubt, all coworkers are very helpful for learn from home, but from office, it will amazing
