I think the company is up front about having a commitment to providing good benefits and a good work/life balance to their employees. Colleagues are great and the work is reasonable. I am concerned about a possible full-time return to office though - we want hybrid work!

Everyone is welcoming and genuine. My team is friendly and seems to like being around each other. My department as a whole is welcoming and I feel like I can sit down to lunch with any of them and talk shop or have a good time.
