WFM leadership team is exceptional. We are being checked in by Sir David and Sir Gab by observing each and one of us

i am most happy when i get to see my contiributions executed for everyone's benefit regardless if the credit is given to me or not.

Refrain from creating issues and work harmoniously. Things are not in the same direction at times but as a team, alignment and unity should be there.

Everyone has eyes to see and ears to hear. This is the first company i've seen very caring and mindful with everyone's feedback. Grateful for always taking action positively.

we have unity and we work together as a team. We have opportunities as well that needs to work on but we are striving hard to be on top of every roadblocks we have
What makes you most happy at work?
Being a task oriented person is excited when there's change that we are to execute. All for the better. You get to weigh the pros and cons and easily clear roadblocks when there is/are.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Enshored as a whole really made me have my life needs and having an open door to everyone makes ends meet all the time. All departments from HR, clinic to operations have been very polite and very approachable
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we may used to do what we do on a daily basis but there are already tasks that should be distributed to the operations already. Not complaining though but i think we deserve to get a retirement benefit too :)
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
WFM team is ok BUT some dept. are also in need to work closely with us and retain the positive culture that was built instead of making it worse. The equality of relationships at work should be balanced as this makes the people stay instead of creating walls and do the blame game.
