Each improvement, learning, and accomplishment big or small is being celebrated. You have colleagues who are also dependable in times you need help especially during challenging situations. So even if you are in a leadership position you don't see yourself alone in accomplishing the team's goal.
The program's ever changing demands motivate me to be 1% better than yesterday. It is not static, but neither is it so demanding that it exhausts you on a regular basis. The mix of controlling your deliverables and making time to explore new things while receiving support allows growth.
