I hope there's an increase in salary when the time gets back to the office, or maybe this year. the last increase was 2yrs ago

I don't think that is fair, inflation is real and the minimum wage is increased by 50 pesos, I think this time we can increase the salary.

I have a medical condition and a doctor's certificate verifying my condition. However, my leader, manager, and the workforce are unable to help me. I don't think the reason they gave me is appropriate.

I feel undervalued because the demand for my skills is increasing, yet I am compensated unfairly. This situation causes me a great deal of stress and anxiety. The company is constantly changing, and my salary is too low. Incentives are available only to top agents. I kindly request that you consider

We have the basic salary, yes. But the thing is, I felt that the salary is not worthy if I am working 13 days per cut off. It is way too undervalued. Well, maybe if they can do the 10 days per cut off or the so called every other Friday salary.which is just a Suggestion.Not a problem if can't afford
